The Vitamix 5200 Blender is great for large batches. It is designed with a sixty-four-ounce blending container that is BPA free. Black and white color varieties are available. The 5200 is a great kitchen tool that can make hot soups, dips, purees, smoothies, and frozen desserts.
It is also a self-cleaning blender that washes clean in less than a minute with a drop of dish soap and some warm water. The Vitamix 5200 is great for family meals and comes with a recipe book, getting started guide, DVD and tamper that can be used to easily move ingredients that need relocation during blending.
The Vitamix Explorian E310 is the best Vitamix blender for smoothies that we’ve tested. It has fewer features than some other Vitamix blenders and lacks any preset modes, but it makes fantastic smoothies. Using its 48-ounce main jar, you can mix big batches of silky smoothies in less than a minute. It can also make bar-quality crushed ice, which is great if you like to add ice to your smoothies or make frozen drinks. It’s a remarkably well-built model that has a two-part lid, so you can add ingredients while blending, and it also comes with a tamper you can use to push ingredients towards the blades.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t come with any personal jars, so it’s not ideal if you want to make a single-serve smoothie. It can also be tricky to clean if you use it to make something sticky like almond butter, but liquid ingredients are easy to rinse away and its jar, lid, and blade assembly are all dishwasher-safe. Overall, it’s a very sturdy, versatile option.
If you need to step up a little bit further to relish add-on features then Vitamix 750 Series Blender is the best professional choice for you.
In premium blenders, Vitamix 750 is our “The Pick” you can say. It is a high-end commercial blender with stylish aesthetics and unique design, the latest preset options, and of course the powerful motor.
Vitamix 750 has a sleek design and is extremely lightweight as compared to other Vitamix blenders. It weighs 11.5 lb possessing all the add-on features and a 2.2 hp motor base.
The base gives a shiny metallic finish, and the dial switch interface controls pulse, 10 variable speed options, and five preset modes, So, you can prepare hot soups, smoothie drinks, and self-clean when needed.
The Vitamix A2300 Ascent Series Smart Blender comes with built-in wireless connectivity. You can pair your A2300 with the Vitamix Perfect Blend app to gain access to seventeen programs and over five hundred recipes.
This blender is a powerhouse of technology that comes with a built-in digital timer to help take the guesswork out of recipes. It comes with a 64-ounce container which is the perfect size for preparing family meals.
The blade in this blender is laser cut hardened stainless steel and can take on a wide variety of meals. This blender is great for chunky sauces, purees, cold treats, grinding nuts and coffee and mixing batters and dough.
One of the smartest of the Vitamix blenders, this blender has five pre-programmed settings to help you perfectly blend smoothies, hot soups, puree baby food and frozen desserts, and clean your blender. It also pairs with the Vitamix Perfect Blend app that has 17 different programs and includes over 500 recipes. The app is compatible with both iOS and Android devices and it can also work with the Perfect Kitchen Scale for precise measuring as you cook.
The motor base has wireless connectivity, so it can read the size of the container that is in use, and adjust the program settings and blending times appropriately. It comes with a 64-ounce container, but other containers are available separately that work with this system. An integrated timer turns the blender off when time runs out, so you can walk away and know that you’ve blended for exactly the right time.
The controls are a touchscreen for a sleek appearance and easy cleaning. Like other Vitamix blenders, this one has variable speed controls as well as a pulse button for ultimate control of everything you blend.
Our overall favorite is the Vitamix 7500 Blender, a sturdy model with plenty of capacity and quite a few speed options. This blender combines many of Vitamix’s best qualities, with a very powerful motor and a great warranty.
At 13 pounds, this blender is on the heavier side, but it’s also moderately priced and powerful. The black plastic body comes in a choice of red, black, or white accents, and the all-metal drive has a strong, cool-running 2.2-horsepower motor. There aren’t any presets, but you will have a pulse feature and a choice of 10 variable speeds, and we found the switch and dial interface somewhat clunky but very functional. The four-tip blade assembly is made of hardened stainless steel.
This model won’t work well for smaller quantities and doesn’t have any single-serve features. The low-profile 64-ounce plastic blending container feels fairly durable and fits more easily under cabinets but doesn’t blend as smoothly. The package does include a plastic tamper to ensure smoother blending.
All in all, we think that this is the best Vitamix blender of 2021.
If you’re a blender geek who would love to try different recipes at home then Vitamix 5300 Blender must be a great investment for you. It comes with a long-lasting warranty and will be a handy kitchen assistant in the long run.
Vitamix 5300 comes with a highly capacitive low-profile jar with a 64-Oz capacity for preparing large batches of smoothies and shakes at the commercial level.
Vitamix 5300 is designed in such a way that it fits under your kitchen cabinets effortlessly so you blend without carrying it around.
Vitamix 5300 has a self-cleaning option. Simply add a few drops of dish soap and warm water, and turn on the blender. It will clean itself in less than a minute. Furthermore, you’ll get a low-profile tamper.
Our least favorite blender is the Vitamix 36019 Vita-Mix Quiet One Blender, a very expensive, heavy machine that offers an impressive array of features but has significant drawbacks, like a lack of durability and a surprisingly short warranty.
As its name suggests, this blender is designed to be quiet, with a magnetically-secured sound-dampening hood. It weighs a hefty 23.6 pounds and has a surprisingly small 48-ounce Tritan blending pitcher. It’s very powerful, with a three-horsepower motor, and the complicated interface features six optimized presets, 34 programs, and 93 variable speeds.
This model is very quiet but is also bulky and too expensive for many budgets. It’s not very durable and the hood has an unattractively industrial appearance. This model is intended for commercial use.
The Vitamix A3300 is a well-built full-size blender. It’s part of the Ascent series, so it has self-detect technology to adjust its performance to the size of the jar that you’re using. Unlike many other blenders, its numerous presets are only found on the companion app, and its physical controls are limited to a 19-setting speed dial, timer, and a start/stop button. That said, it offers an outstanding overall performance as it has little problem crushing ice or making smooth almond butter.
The Vitamix A3300 is outstanding for multi-purpose use. This well-built blender has a large-capacity jar, which is dishwasher-safe and easy to clean. It can crush ice into a snow-like consistency and make smooth, spreadable almond butter. It can also safely hot blend. While it can make a great smoothie, it has a small problem fully breaking down hard and fibrous ingredients like kale.
The Vitamix A2500 Ascent Series Smart Blender is a lighter, slightly less expensive smart blender with fewer features but plenty of functionality.
This 11-pound model has a sleek, streamlined interface that offers a timer, 10 variable speeds, a pulse feature, and three presets, for smoothies, hot soups, and frozen desserts. It comes with a smart base that reads the container you place on it and automatically adjusts for a smoother blend. It has wireless capabilities that work with Vitamix’s app to bring you additional programs and recipes.
The low-profile 64-ounce pitcher isn’t particularly well-designed, so you may end up spending more money on other compatible blending containers. It’s also quite loud, and you’ll probably have to use the included tamper to get a smooth blend. We found the machine’s gears less durable than anticipated.
